put on a hard case making it nearly impossible to get to my battery now. I am used to the storm and storm 2. Battery pulls came often. I have had to pull my battery once on this so I was wondering if there is a reset that works just like pulling the battery. Sounds like the hard reset is much more than just a battery pull.
