Help Is there a setting to make screen not go to lock screen every single time?

Does the lock screen have to come up every single time? I could've sworn I've seen an option to have it only come up after X minutes of no use.
Can't find those settings on the GS4 though

Change the settings under Settings/My Device/Lock Screen

The option to change the time is there if you use pattern unlock, etc, under lock automatically, but not swipe.
