Help Is there a smarter dictionary?

I just posted in a thread about predictive text offering random email addresses instead of actual words, but it reminds me to ask about a long term peeve. Is there a dictionary i can install that doesn't include pronouns? I don't care about celebrity bull shizzle. I don't want angelina jolie popping up when I type "angel" or whatever. If i type my friend "zack's" name i don't want it to suggest "effron" and the next word. I really don't want anyone's name suggested. I want a proper dictionary. If it suggests names I've used, fine, but not every human name known to man.

I have absolutely no clue what dictionary your device is using that does that. I have used SwiftKey keyboard for years with resounding success. The predictions are almost frightening in their accuracy, and it can remember things you've typed before, in context, so when you go to type that again it's in the predictions. Adding and removing terms from the dictionary is easy, and I have never had it throw any pop culture stuff in there.

I am just using whatever came with this garbage version phone.. it is an sg5 *neo* - which is latin for steaming pile. I cannot express how much I hate this phone. It is maddening on all levels. I have post a new thread because this stupid thing won't print to my wireless printer.

But thank you for the replies. I will try the swift one and see what happens. I'm not optimistic but only because the sg5neo is NOT the sg5... settings are different or missing entirely... poor support info out there. Without this place I am in the dark... even searches just bring back sg5 results.

The SG5 Neo was intented for the Chinese and Korean market ONLY as far as I know. So everyone you see outside of those places are probably gray imports.

Word suggestions are related to the keyboard app. I don't know what keyboard app you are using, but I've tried Gboard and Swiftkey, and they don't suggest celebrity names.

Didn't suggest anything obvious when I typed Elvis.

"Trump" but not "Duck" was suggested by SwiftKey for typing Donald.

Myself I can't recall ever wanting to type "Michael Jordan". But on the other hand I've typed my own name into Swiftkey many times, and it still doesn't predict "Michael Turner".

BTW I just tried Kim in Swiftkey, expecting to see "Kardashian" suggested, but got "Jong-un" instead...WTF!

We should have a 'what does Swiftkey suggest for you' thread. Seems to vary from person to person.

I do have Swiftkey learning from my Google searches and Facebook. Maybe that has something to do with it.
