Root Is there a step by step....

Is there a step by step for loading a new boot animation with Root Explorer? I have a good idea of what needs to happen, but don't see how I copy the new one in with the app.

I ended up just using terminal emulator, but it seems like Root Explorer could be easier for something like this. I must just be missing a step.

I used Connectbot.. its as simple as renaming or removing the old bootanimation.zip and replacing it with the new.

1. Place the bootanimation.zip you want to use on your sd card
2. Using root explorer, navigate to /system/media/ make sure you hit remount rw and the rename the current bootanimation.zip to something else
3.Navigate to the new bootanimation.zip on your sdcard and long press then select move or copy, navigate back to /system/media and hit paste then remount ro
4, Reboot and enjoy.
