it is a barcerlona made by orange an its android 2.2

All android versions can have at least one or two soft keyboards built in, even if there is a physical keyboard. You can also look into some 3rd party solutions at the Play Store. Any keyboard app would be fine.

i have downloaded and installed most of the keyboards and none of them have worked. Just must not be able to do it

Have you enabled them in settings? by defaults, newly installed keyboards are turned "off" in the settings. Also, what happens if you tap on a text box with the physical keyboard not engaged?

i once used a keyboard software called Sougou,it's not bad,but it works brilliantly in chinese typing~~(i'm a chinese learner)
