Root Is there a way to flash a recovery mod?

Im tring to upgrade my LG volt from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4 . I allready rooted it but i can seem to get to the recovery menu or flash TWRP or CWM.
 
use flashify app to flash your recovery. i suggest twrp only. cwm is unsupported as far as i know and has issues.
