Is there a way to keep a web page open and switch to another app?

I just switched from the Pre and am enjoying the hero. One question: if I am on a web site and want to switch to do a text, how do I keep that page open and go back to it? Thanks in advance

For me, if I'm using the browser and want to use another feature, I just click Home and then click into the other app and then to return back to the web page I left, just click the browser button again.

However, if you click Back to return to the home page, then you'll remove the page you'd originally been viewing.

Chegs.

Just press the home button while your on the web page.

Send your txt as normal.

Press home again.

Press Browser Burton (earth pic) and presto your back to your web page !!!

Hope this helps !!!

Thanks! That works! I was using the back feature. Just the learning curve. I even read the manual too! Really liking the hero

The beter approach to send a txt is to hold the search button on the phone and it should bring up a quick send button (at least it does if you have ChompSMS installed).

Also, lets say you've been doing a bit a texting and browsing or even listening to music. You can press and hold the home button and that will bring up 6 of your apps running in the background.

Not 6 apps running in the background but the last 6 apps used.
