Help Is there a way to stop apps repeatedly restarting on a Note 2?

Lurker
I have a Samsung Note 2, which I really enjoy using. I have noticed that if I use Battery Doctor app on a regular basis, lots of Apps are restarting with out being started by me. Each time I run Battery Doctor, it will tell me that most of the Apps on the phone have started themselves, and are running, with no input from me. How is this happening, and what options are there, if any, for stopping it?

Thanks in anticipation

Basically, you leave them alone. Read this.

TLDR: The more you kill/stop the apps, the more Android will restart them. Android is designed to have apps on standby, and will eventually learn which apps you use and leave only that on background. It's almost exactly like Windows Superfetch. No wait, Windows copied Linux (and Android for that matter) and came up with Superfetch.
