not to press on the power button on the top every time i like to check my email or messages?

i mean i understand its because of the touchscreen but when i work i put my phone somewhere rather than in my pocket so it wont dial on its on ,look at it and check it occasionaly so im annoyed pressing the power button every time

You can lengthen the time it takes the screen to shut off. Battery life takes a hit, however. I have it set to go off if not used for 30 seconds and it can be annoying sometimes. You can also disable the lock screen as well (one less thing to do).

Since you are at work and keeping it stored somewhere, if you have it charging you can set it not to shut off at all.

thanks but when i set the screen to go of after 30 sec its go into luck mode and i have to hit the power button to bring it back am i doing something wrong how can u set it so its not luck it self?

I believe there is an app called "no lock." I could be wrong though, check on the market.
