Apps Is there an app for a universal OS emoji?

Switched from Apple to KitKat 4.4 (I think it's called that) and I am loving every feature.

Especially the emoji's. however, I understand my emoji's only show on other androids but most of my friends are either apple and a few windows. Is there an emoji app that can be supported by all 3?

Or should I just plant it in some guy's mind so they can develop it :]?

There's no set of "universal OS emojis", so there can't be an app for it, but there are Amdroid apps that do iPhone emojis.
