Is there an app for notifications?

Basically what I'm looking to do is block notifications Mon thru Friday during work hours and then let them come through the rest of the time. Does an app like that exist?

Light Flow has a nighttime mode that allows you to set times where it won't notify you. I only use it for controlling my LED, but it does audible notifications too.

If you are looking to silence notification sounds, you can use Volume Widget. It allows you to manually change to different sound profiles. I have a profile where notification sounds are turned off. I set this when I go to bed. When I wake up, I change it back to my regular sound profile with notification sounds turned on. Volume Widget requires you to tap on the widget to change sound profiles. It does not do it on a timer. Also, notifications do come through. They just won't make a sound.

I personally, do not use my personal phone while I'm at work. I just set it to airplane mode when I get to work. I take it off airplane mode when I leave work.

I need to be able to hear text/calls in case my mom needs me, she's ill. I work for myself and get distracted by the other notifications . No willpower lol.

You could try something like Tasker or Setting Profiles. I use Setting Profiles (its easier IMHO.) You can set a trigger that, like a time/day combination, that sets your system settings to a specific set of settings and when the trigger event is complete it sets things back. It will allow you to silence your phone except for incoming calls from a specific Number/Caller (I believe.)
