Hi

I manage 12 sales people and we are looking for a way of them logging their sales calls using Samsung 3G tablets.

wondered if there was something already out there that would let each of them fill in a call sheet when outside the customer that then gets sent by email to manager or sent to a database ?

could also do with a diary system to manage all calls for month ahead.

To keep track of sales staff calls would mean you need some back-end server running PBX or equivalent solution. If not you just need to trust they will log their calls faithfully on their Android tablets and then sync those data back to company back-end server database. In all cases, you need a solution that goes beyond just an app installed in your sales staff Android devices.

... sounds like a job for a Google Drive spreadsheet, at it's simplest. Not sure how well it will handle concurrent editing though.
