Is there an app for this?

I have the HTC myTouch 4g. Here is my wishlist:

1. To have an EDGE/4G toggle on my WidgetLocker screen or home screen if not on lock screen.

2. To have an enable/disable background data toggle on WidgetLocker or home screen.

3. To have a "sync all" button that syncs everything from my sync list.

Am I asking too much or is there an app(s) for this?
