Is there an app that logs each app usage for a day?

I'm looking for an app that logs all the apps that are used in a day. I want to know which apps were opened, even if they were uninstalled after using.

The main focus of the app doesn't have to be "logging apps", I just want an app that does this even if the purpose is not meant for that. Anything that does this?

You might use your phone's log.
'aLogcat' will show you this.
But be warned, it will show you all what the phone does
