Is there an App to choose what starts up at boot?

I have a number of app's that seem to start and run at random.

I still want these apps on the on phone, so don't want to uninstall, just want to be able to choose when they start up - rather than them starting at random and running in background.

Some of the app's running:

Music
Footprints
Stocks
FM Radio
Juiceplotter
Fake-call-me-Pro

Any ideas? Is there an APP similar to AUTORUNS (which I use on my Windows PC) that lets me choose what programs run at boot?

p.s. My desire is UNROOTED. Therefore Autostart won't work for me.

I think autostart only adds to what starts up. It doesn't prevent anything starting up.

I.really dont think there is anything available.

There is an app called startup cleaner 2.0 which does what you need. Had it installed on mine and works ok. Pretty sure it stops them initially but then they just start up on their own.

Might be worth a go

ps I downloaded from appbrain if you cannot find it on the market.
