Is there an app to lock my phone for some hours?

When I need to get some work done, and have set aside say two and a half hours, I would like to lock my phone in a way that makes it impossible for me to use it. Are there any apps for that?

I don't know of one. I'd tum it off and put it in the farthest corner of the house, to make it more effort to get it. Or give it to someone else with instructions not to give it back to you (which will make you look a complete weak-willed failure if you come asking for it before your time is done ).

Of course if your work requires a computer that brings its own distraction problems...

Like Hadron I think it would be easier to just put the phone in a different room and ignore it, but these apps claim to be able to lock the phone for a set time:

Power Button. Power off when you don't want to use it. Power on when you do.

I keep procrastinating, so if it's just turned off there's a chance I'll just turn it on again.

I've downloaded QualityTime, which was okay, but not super. And "Keep Me Out", which had less functionality, but is better at locking it.
