Is there an app to print from the Kindle app?

My wife would like to print a couple recipes that she has via a kindle app. It doesn't look like there is a print function though.

Is there another app the she can use to print out lines he has highlighted?

Thanks.

There are a number of printer apps, some generic, some for specific printers.

Just printing highlighted lines, though? Probably not. She'll have to copy the lines to a text editor (or notepad-type app) and print from there.

I use an app on my tablet called Cloud Print. It requires Google Chrome to be installed on your computer.
Once Chrome is installed, follow the instructions for setting up the printing (Chrome's printing service is also called Cloud Print).
I have an HP printer that's about 14 years old, connected to my PC via USB. I can print with no problems. If you're in an app or on a web site that you want to print from, Cloud Print shows up in share. Works like a charm.

cloud print works great....i think you can get it for the fire.

also some printers have their own app.....ie hp has eprint and cannon has photoprint.....provided your printers are relatively new and has the app support.

Kindle doesn't allow you to "copy" and "paste". :-(

For recipes a screenshot should do it :)
