Is there ANY good screenshot apps that are easy to download?

I tried downloading an adb with an android sdk and that completely failed can anyone recommend an app or a way of downloading or being able to take screenshots without having to have to phone rooted or doing anything too complicated?

If you are using the Arc with the latest firmware you should have the ability to do so without third party software by simply holding down the power button.

if ur android version is 2.3.4 then u can do so by pressing the power key for some time.
Phone options will be displayed and there will be a total of 4. The last one is take screenshot
