Are there any instability and performance differences (issues) between a manufactured unlocked smartphone (example: a smartphone packaged in LG packaging as unlocked for retail sale) and an unlocked phone carrier branded phone (unlocked by a user and using an online unlocking service; example: AT&T branded phone and someone using Cellunlocker.net to unlock it)? Yes, or no. If yes, please explain how and why if you can.
