Apps Is there any light weight android IDE in Windows platform ?

I have installed Android Studio, but when ever I open the android Studio IDE it is takes some minutes to load and get me to the project. If I open my simple one line "Hello World" project too will take considerable amount of time before it gets open. Also see the the following screen shot especially the status bar each time its setting something called "Gradle Sync" what the hell is that ?
