Is there any way if knowing what app have that notification?

Unfortunately I also found this notification on someones phone. I made an account just to give everyone an answer. I kept finding double-hearted icons that were slightly different than these. So I decided I would look around for newly updated versions of dating apps. It appears to belong to Plenty of Fish. Look at the two hearts in the MeetMe section.

I found the same symbol in a pic my ex sent me, I have no idea what it is either but would like to find out.

It looks like a health tracking app. Long press the notification and it will show you the associated app. If it isn't your phone, then ask the person whose phone it is.

I think it's a notification for a love music game after asking a friend of mine. I saw that very same icon on his phone and asked him if it was from a dating site. It doesn't mean he was telling me the truth, but that was his response

surely someone knows where the icon is from,and what it represents.i dont want to marry a woman if shes on dating or hookup sites,and talking to other men.someone please figure out what it is or how to find out tia

It's from POF [Plenty of Fish] I found it on my boyfriend's phone, of course its lock now so I couldn't see where it was firm either so I came looking, found my heart broke in the mean time. Good luck on your... I'm living proof... once a cheater always a cheater. This isnt the first time I have found him on there.
