Help Is there any way to change the answer swipe?

Is there any way to change the swipe direction to answer the phone? The way to answer the phone from the locked position requires me to swipe downward.

Grabbing the phone from my pocket causes me to answer many calls that I don't want to answer.

Is there any way to change this to a horizontal swipe?

You can try an app called the easy answer button. Or even Widgetlocker. You would then have to unlock widget locker (side to side swipe)and then swipe down to answer on the call screen

There is also an app called don't hang up. This prevents the infamous cheek hang up.

And call confirm prevents pocket dialing.
