Root is there any way to decrease the brightness

at night even the lowset brightness still to high
is there any way to decrease it without other apps like the simplicity rom
i am running the stock rom

yes. I had that same problem too. there's an app called screen filter on the market that does it. just make sure not to do it too much because then it will completely gray it out. there's no other way that I know of

I belive theres a xposed module for that and. I think you can also edit your build prop to change brightness
