Help Is there any way to remove jellybean, unrooted

So here I am excited for jellybean,got it,and now my battery is draining much faster than ever. Before the download I was getting 24 hours or more with moderate use,now with jb I take phone off charge and within 3 hours I am down 30 percent. I am one of the lucky ones who have had great battery life. So my question is, can I get back to ics and how if possible?

Have you disabled Google Now yet? If not, do so, and see whether you get better battery life.

In case it doesn't change much, or you still want to go further, you need to download the firmware and get Odin.

Unfortunately iam not that savvy. I actually updated to jb with qb77 link. Manual update for sprint users. It was a simple zip file,downloaded it, and rebooted. That was it.i am trying to find someway of going back to L 13 in a similar fashion. If the is a zip to download like I did to get to jb. I don't see many differences in the way my phone operates, accept battery drain killing me,I turned off google now, no help, I don't really want to factory reset, and don't even know if I did if that would even help.by the way my phone is stock,not rooted, hopefully someone could help me get back to ics......
 
Have you tried any of the battery monitors as per the "truth about your battery" thread? What does the stock settings > battery show?

There is clearly an app issue here. Just need to identify it
 
Oh so you have the Sprint variant? Then please, don't consider my previous post, I thought you had the International version. You should have mentioned it before, though.
 
Just telling me system is the biggest drain. I unplugged from full charge four hrs ago,barely used it, down to 50 percent at this point.
 
have you tried a factory reset?

it wont bring you back to ICS but it might clear whatever it is in your Android system thats draining battery
 
I have the Sprint S3 and JB, everything stock...my battery seems to be the seem as it was with ICS, maybe better...still can get around 14 hrs with heavy usage. Right now I'm at 90% after 3 hrs.

Maybe you should get a battery monitor as previously suggested.
