Is there any way to turn off the vibration for notifications?

I like the blinking front and back LED's but I hate the vibration. I looked in settings but I couldn't find a way to turn this off. Am I missing something?

It is app specific. Like if you go into the Messaging app you can go to Settings > Notifications > Turn the Vibrate option to Never, you would have to do the same for emails...
