Is there google Nav substitute for US folks?

Summer comes and I will be doing lots of back road driving to the camping spots where cell phone service not available, hence, I will be cut out from the Google GPS navigation. Is there a substitution to GoogNav for Android phones? I know CoPilot got a software, but I only saw it for Europe.

Thanks. So CoPilot is the the only alternative? Was there a way to download Google maps on the phone to use it when you are out of cell tower range?

No, CoPilot certainly is not the only one. Personally, I prefer navigon, but there are others out there like Sygic and iGO. They all cost about the same and work in similar ways. If you can live without turn-by-turn navigation, check out MapDroyd, it's free and it uses open street maps that can be downloaded on SD Card.
