is there's a way to delete rhapsody?

I can't use it and hate it. Is there a way to uninstall it without being rooted? I go to the market and try to uninstall it there but I'm to afraid I'm going to mess up the phone. Any suggestions?

No its a system app so you have to be rooted

root your phone and use titu, or root explorer and uninstall it, it's a simple task and well worth it.
