Help Is this a bug with 4.4.2

My data connection seems to be freaking out lately. I don't lost the data signal according to my phone display but my web pages stop loading all of the sudden and my streaming radio program (slacker) is buffering all the time. Eventually its starts working again but then its stops. It happens in multiple locations. My phone never use to do this. Is this a bug that other people are experiencing? Thank you.

One of the first things to check, as per #1.0 of Update Problems - Dummies Guide, is that the app has been updated by the developer to be compatible with Android 4.4.2, KitKat.

It's Google Chrome for the browser.... That should be fully updated.
