Is this a good android tablet?

Im basically after a cheap 7" android tablet and have come across this -

New 7" MID Flytouch 3 Google Android 2.3 Touchscreen Tablet PC Netbook Epad Apad | eBay

Seeing as im in the UK im looking to buy from UK sellers, dont really want to risk buying from china/japan. Im not sure if the specification is actually real but at that price it seems good anyway.

Has anyone tried this tablet? if so how does it compare to the other wm8650 tablets or is it basically the same thing?

I tried the 10 inch version of the fly touch 3. It's a Chinese tablet, and on mine, the gps was locked in China, and I could not purchase apps on the Android market. I returned it.

Don't know if that tablet has the same issues mine did.
