Help Is this a launcher issue?

So here's the deal... my s4 keeps double typing letters whenever I try to use the url bar of Google chrome. For example if I try trying N it will type NN in the url bar. It will also sometimes copy things and type them twice...The only way to prevent chrome from doing this is hitting the back button a couple times... My phone has been like this ever since I got it from att..I recently reformatted it as requested by att..temporarily fixed the problem but it has came back.. could my launcher be causing this problem with chrome? I'm using a torrented version of next launcher 3d.. or is this just some software issue that has came with the refurbished phone att gave me? Should I just get then to replace it again?

Probably not, but you could install the Galaxy Launcher (you can have more than one launcher installed at a time) to make sure.

What keyboard are you using? Maybe try a different one to see if it makes a difference

I'm using the stock one. If i use swift key it fixes the issue, but I prefer stock.

If you're not swyping, you don't know what you're missing! But oh well, you like what you like.

I guess you saw the other thread on similar issue ...seems like some auto complete setting (chrome setting?) had an effect

Its something to do with chrome it's self. I have the same issue and only on Chrome does it happen.

Also I've noticed they have released a handful of updates over the last few months. And the problem has come and gone between the updates.
