I keep having this pop up on my screen at random intervals. The background app that was trying to update used to be Instagram so I deleted Instagram but now the app that's trying to update has changed to Line which I don't even have installed.
When I quit the pop-up there is no app running in the background that I can see.
I'm pretty sure it's a virus, as that help window is titled "note" which doesn't seem that legit.
Finally, the request is to get me to allow non-Play store apps to get automatically updated which seems to be a thing a virus would want to achieve!
