Is this app safe?

I know it does have tons of good reviews, and that it is at the top of a chart, and I thought about getting it, but I don't want it to like, delete things I don't want it to, or mess something up. Does anyone have it and know if it's good/safe?

I would say it's dangerous snake-oil that you and your device just don't need. It's very likely from China.

I'd stay away.from any so called "Cleaning" apps. That one has a lengthy list of permissions it tries to get.

Stay away from anything that promises to speed up your device and "improve" your battery.
You can optimize you device yourself and you won't introduce junk on your tablet.

If you want a tool to help keep caches and folder clean you can use SD Maid provided you don't use any of the automatic settings. Keep in mind that even this isn't (or shouldn't be) necessary.
