hi all, ive been playing a lot on fpse emu and was wondering if there is any emus or other ways of playing pc web browser games on android phone such as runescape or just the newest emu (ps2 if there is a good one) thanks.
Web games typically use Adobe Flash Player and if you use Android 4.x and up then download a web browser called "Photon" which restores Flash functionality. I did that on an iPad since they didn't support flash. There are many game console emulators but most require a ROM from an actual console as well as the game ISO image of a DVD disc for whatever game. I was using a PlayStation 2 emulator but it lagged so much it was unplayable with tablet hardware spec
i got firefox and im on glaxy s2 running 4.x but cant play runescape or anything like. so will photon work then
also iv got a flash player settings thing on.my menu so must have flash on my phome
You can't. Runescape is not a Flash-based game. Its a MMORPG like WoW or GuildWars. You can't play those stuff on mobile devices. Most of it is because mobile devices don't have enough power from their batteries or even their processors (hey, that OctaCore S4 is just about as much computing power enough to compete with a single core x86 processor.)
Photon will play Adobe Flash games like those found on Facebook (FarmVille, etc) but even those can be slow depending on the hardware. Flash works best on a real laptop or desktop computer. It doesn't work near as well with touch input .
