Root Is This Available....

1st off, is there an official name for the group of icons at the bottom of the
screen (phone, apps, net)???

I would like to get this set up of the icons , from BAMF GingerREMIX 2.1,
to put an another ROM. Would this have to be a mod that is flashed over
the ROM's stock set up? Or would a whole theme have to be flashed with
this as it's set up? Love this look and would like to keep it.

That is a 3rd party launcher, either LP, Go, or ADW. It looks like the bottom icons are part of a theme as well but I can't tell you the theme name. You would need to install the launcher from the market and apply the theme but it should be able to run on BAMF. Because it runs instead of sense you would lose the ability to use sense widgets on the home screen.

I would suggest sending a PM to the person who originally posted the SS to see if they can provide further info.
