Root Is this good realtime download speed?

I just downloaded a 1.18gb. mkv movie and took 60 minutes exactly to do it. Is this good or slow for this phone on metro, and yes I'm rooted?

that will most likely depends on your location
different areas have different speeds and also be affected by amount of users and useage
also affected by where you are downloading from
you may want to get a speed test app
that will give you an estimate of speed to compare

I'm fully aware of the many variables and speedtest.net is a bench test. That's why I specified" Real time" and not benchmark. I'm currently in the east bay area if it is any significance for the results.

Well i get up to 10m down 8-9 as an average
i never timed my downloads so i cant help you
But i think i stopped large file throttling so if the host can sustain that speed,it is realtime speeds
ps. i am in Concord, Contra Costa County
