Google iOS, Android search app voice enhancements | BGR

I can't seem to find what app this is with the red icon, or where it reads the response back to you. On my phone, the icon is at the end of a search bar. It also takes me to a website for the answer, and doesn't actually read it to me as in the video.

That's the icon they're using for Google Now (it's obviously just the search button in iOS) which is only available in JellyBean at the moment.

If you're ICS or below, you'll just see the search icon as you've described it.
