My s4's battery is being drained by "Android OS" 64% of my phone battery goes here. I have latest firmware for this model. 5.0.1 and Im not looking forward to factory reseting. The screen only takes like 13% of battery.

Well the relative fractions depend on how you use it, so by themselves tell us nothing. If you leave the phone sitting in standby then either Android OS or cell standby will use most of your power. So we need a bit more information to give a good answer.

Maybe try adding a more detailed battery monitor (e.g. GSam) and see whether that can give more information.

It's the reverse on my phone running Marshmallow, the screen sucks almost 75% of the consumed battery.

How old os the battery on the phone? Could simply mean the battery is dying out. I have a Galaxy Fit at home that still has the original battery. Dies in about 3hrs from full charge with similar battery stats as far as I can tell.

You seem to have a lot of wakelocks, i.e. apps or services keeping the phone awake. If you can identify the causes of those that may help. Also in your graphs there was a period where there was not much power use (the flatter bit), so if you know what was different at that time vs when the power was draining that may help.

If that is the S4's original battery it will be more than 3 years old. They can last longer than that (I'm using one of the same age), but it does depend on how they have been used through their life.
