i have just noticed on the screen of galaxy nexus dark color spots on it.
in white pages they look yellowish.
i tried to take screenshots but they don't appear.
will they go away on their own or should i contact samsung?

If you took screenshots of your screen and don't see the dark color spots appearing on the screenshots then you would need to clean your screen

i have a Nexus 7 that occaisonally glitches like that, or has a yellow line going up and down one part of the screen. since Nexus devices get the latest version of Android first, it could simply be some bugs that have yet to be patched by Google, a common part of being an early adopter. my Nexus 7 also seems to randomly have color bleed on the left and right sides on a white page in Chrome, and, as of the 4.2.2 update, sometimes loses the right half of the LCD completely if i unlock during a screen rotation gesture.
