Is this possible with Tasker?

I dont have, and never tried Tasker. Just today it dawned on me one possible use i might have, so lets see if its possible lol

When i open pandora it plays great, but when it goes to the next song it doesnt play because my JuiceDefender is cutting off data.

So can tasker enable/disable my juicedefender, based on opening or closing my PowerAmp app?
