Is this normal? My Phone can last All day if im not like hardcore gaming or anything. Just regular whatsapp and chrome surfing. But is this usage normal? 65%? Ss was taken at a random time of day Without heavy usage. Was thinking of factory reset.

That just means that of all the power used at that point, Android system used 65%. An example would be, if you had used up 10% of your battery, then Android system using up 65% means it used 65% of the 10% consumed, or equivalent to 6.5% of the total battery. Now obviously, Android system is the OS itself, so yes, it would naturally have a higher percentage of battery used when there's nothing else running.

The built-in power display is usually relative.

If the screen used 75% and apps used 20% (the other 5 going to the phone) then the system used 65% of the 20%.

Use GSam Battery Monitor for absolute values and avoid the relative confusion.
