Root Is this rooted?

Hi I`ve just installed a pc suite for the android and noticed file exployer, which gives me access to all the directories on the phone. I have done nothing else to the phone, I`ve only installed the pc suite.

Is it giving me access to the root directories?

Have you tried adding a file or directory? I suspect it's read-only. I can see all my directories on my un-rooted phone.

Yeah your right, I tried adding a file and it says I dont have the correct permissions, so I guess it`s read-only
