From the list they show, no it won't work on the GS4.
The official GS3 one will work, but I would honestly get the official GS4 MHL (not out in the us yet) and this video shows why. 60hz vs 24hz. Big difference is quality. Samsung Galaxy S4 MHL/HDTV Adapter - YouTube
