I need to change the Language of my Galaxy S3 to Italian but the device does not give me the choice

I have various options to change the language of the phone when I got to menu/settings/language and keyboard.
I am not on an S3 though, just figure that is an android generic feature.
If it is not there, we might need to look a little deeper. May I suggest you check out this forum for your device to see if there is info of interest to you there.
