Help Issue connecting to network services

For example my youtube widget, my facebook app and instragram app all gives errors (though instagram works fine regardless of the error).

It says cannot connect. While I clearly have connection, Internet explorer works, Whatsapp works, and am connected as always to my WIFI network.

Does anyone know what this could be? And what services related to it might be affected??

I have frozen some services like

Chaton
Gamehub
Google Search
Google +
Help
Kies via wifi
Kobo
Maps
MTP application
News Deamon Street view
Sysscope
Talkback
Voicecommand
wssyncmlnps

Connection may not mean network connection. You can not have a connection because of authentication. Freezing apps can cause problems.

I checked beforehand, These services should be OK to freeze.

I defrosted them. Facebook still says network error.. what now??

Also google play says No connection.

Blackmart still works however.
