Help Issue since update

I have a weird issue going on. Before the Jellybean update I was able to backup my phone using my Mac computer and Android file transfer. Now since getting the update my phone connect to my computer. It won't connect as media device (MTP) or as a camera (PTP). Any ideas and help would be appreciated

Try updating your USB drivers for the Galaxy S3, could have something to do with it
