Help issue with note 8.0 keypad

Hi,
Could anyone help me sort the following problem:

When type password for my netbanking using Samsung galaxy note 8.0 tablet browser it shows invalid credentials.
But if I access the netbanking through my laptop that password works and I can proceed with my next job.
The password is alphanumeric with special characters
Why is this problem occuring with this Expensive tab?

Please someone provide quick remedy for this....

A few factors to consider. Try viewing it as desktop and see if that works. Try another browser like Firefox, Chrome, Dolphin, etc. Sometimes it's a browser issue and how it may not render the site correctly.

It can also be the on screen keyboard. Try another on screen keyboard (like Google, Swype, Kii, etc). That may also resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, this has happened to me sometimes and it's one or the other that isn't playing nicely with the site.
