Issue with sending videos to FB messenger/errors

OK awesome. But can you also tell me how to post my own threads too?
Anyhow, my Tracfone let's me take mp4 videos. I can view them. (I recently has a problem viewing them until some one told me to change the video to MMS). But I'm unable to send them to Facebook messenger. When I try sending them a notification pops up saying I can't send my videos but I can still view videos people send me. Why am I unable to send my videos? Seems that emails are my only option for sending them. Can't even seems them on a text message.
