Ok, this is strange. I have Google Now Wallpaper on my Note 4. I don't like it as the Note 4 doesn't scroll wallpapers so what I get is a very small portion of a wallpaper that looks great when it scrolls. Anyways, I have changed my wallpaper back to a standard Samsung preloaded wallpaper and then tap the power button to turn off the screen. When I pick up the phone again, I notice the wallpaper reverted back to the Google Now Wallpaper and it has done this several times. I don't have any task killers or any launchers. I have no idea what is causing this or how to stop it. It's almost acting like a virus. Anyone experience this before? I haven't found anything on Google about this issue. Driving me nuts. I am going to uninstall Google Now Wallpapers because it might be forcing itself as my wallpaper but I haven't seen people complain about it in the reviews.
