Help Issues After 5.0 Update

So a few weeks back my S5 updated to Android 5.0. Since updating it's been running slightly slower and apps have crashed a couple of times. Also I keep getting a message popping up saying something like "Contact list has stopped working".

Any ideas what I can do to try and stop it?

Always a good idea to Wipe the cache partition after an update...

I used the "wipe partition" routine, it worked OK...factory back-up/reset worked the best for me. I have much fewer issues, if any right now. The only downside is having to set everything back up.

Thank you just tried the wipe cache, gtg work now so I hope that's sorted. If not I guess I'll have to try the reset?
