I just got a Moto E 2nd gen, an ex-display model, and bought a 32gb Kingston micro SD to use in it. I am on android 6.1
The SD seems to be working fine, I can browse it while plugged into a PC, download apps from the play store and take photos but I can't download anything with a web browser. I've tried chrome (sending the download through chrome and also ES downloader) and also dolphin. ES downloader says immediately says failed with no explanation, Dolphin says 'added to downloads' but says failed because there is not enough space when I go to downloads (at the bottom of the same screen I can clearly see it says 29gb of 32 free). Chrome immediately fails some files and starts downloading and can get quite far with others but the download stops often, seemingly at random, and when I go into downloads it is listed as queued although there are no other downloads which it could possibly be waiting for. I still haven't managed to download anything successfully.
Honestly not sure where to start with this, I've ordered a 8gb card to try (needed a backup one anyway) but other than that I'm stumped.
